Does this mean I've joined all those people who support the Tornado x Splash pairing?
I just keep going through MM9 characters I haven't drawn and landed on Tornado Man when I started this pic. I swear his body is annoying to draw, especially on oekaki. But Ariga's version is superior, so I did my best with that design style again. My background's kinda sucky, but hopefully it doesn't detract from him too much.
While I like the sirens in the AST's version of Wily Machine, it'd be more fitting for a guy named TORNADO man.
And wouldn't you think he'd hate having a siren go off everywhere he goes? Even if it'd sound like Splashy's voice? (Siren...get where I went there? 
) Totally ruins any element of surprise. But that's another pic in itself. 
So yeah, that's all there is to this one.
